On behalf of a well-established international organization in Frankfurt am Main, we are seeking an experienced Infra Systems Engineer (f/m/d) to support and further develop modern enterprise infrastructure environments. • Administer, configure, test, and maintain server operating systems, enterprise applications, and infrastructure management tools

• Support infrastructure upgrade and transformation projects throughout the phases of planning, design, testing, and operational handover

• Prepare and maintain technical and operational documentation for infrastructure services and related processes

• Contribute to the design and implementation of robust and scalable infrastructure architectures

• Ensure high availability, performance, and stability of systems and core infrastructure services

• Monitor system and application performance, identify root causes of issues, and implement effective improvements

• Drive optimization initiatives and support the deployment or upgrade of infrastructure solutions

• Plan and execute infrastructure changes to enhance operational efficiency and system reliability

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external service providers, and international technical teams

• Monitor production environments and respond appropriately to incidents and service disruptions

• Support service delivery processes in line with established IT service management practices, including incident, problem, change, and release management

• Ensure compliance with internal governance, security standards, and operational procedure

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a comparable field

• Several years of professional experience in Windows Server administration

• Strong expertise with Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022

• Solid experience in managing and troubleshooting Windows-based server environments and virtualization platforms

• In-depth knowledge of Active Directory services and related technologies, such as DNS, DHCP, NTP, GPO, WSUS, LDAP, certificate services, security concepts, and role-based access control

• Good practical knowledge of VMware ESX and related virtualization technologies

• Hands-on experience with physical infrastructure or server hardware is an advantage

• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving

• Team-oriented, reliable, and confident in working with interdisciplinary stakeholders

• Very good written and spoken English skills
